Tri River Charters is a locally-based, family-run company which has operated high-quality Alaskan sportfishing charters for eighteen years in the Northern Susitna region. Robert Meals of Talkeetna is the General Manager and chief fishing guide. He is Coast Guard licensed, a registered State fishing guide, and a State licensed Class A hunting guide. Bob has been guiding fishermen on the Talkeetna and Susitna Rivers since 1981. |

Tri River Charters operates four enclosed 21- to 27- foot jet boats with in-board motors. These vessels are capable of transporting 24 fishermen at a time, up to 48 a day on charters. |

| Location & Directions: Talkeetna is located about 120 road miles north of Anchorage. Situated on the banks of the Susitna, Talkeetna, and Chulitna Rivers, Talkeetna is a scenic place, with Mount McKinley (Denali - North America's Highest Point at 20320 feet) and the Alaska range as a backdrop. You can travel to Talkeetna via road, rail, or small specialty charter flights. Please feel free to contact Tri River Charters with questions about your travel arrangements. If traveling by road from Anchorage, take the Glenn Highway to the left-hand turn-off at the George Parks Highway near Wasilla, then proceed through Wasilla on the Parks Highway north to mile 98. Turn right onto the Talkeetna Spur Road at the Talkeetna - Denali Visitors' Center (there is a carved bear sculpture to mark the turn-off. Proceed on the Spur Road the 14 miles into Talkeetna. Tri River Charters has an office just past the Talkeetna Post Office on the left before the intersection of the Spur Road and Main Street. You can reach the
